Craniosacral Therapy. As a registered practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I want to share with you and effective way to rebalance. BCST is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that allows the body to slow down. By subtly contacting the fluid system as well as the cranial bones, spine and connective tissue, harmony can be brought to the nervous system and there by support the body's innate ability to heal and self-correct.

Pregnancy massage focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be as she experiences the dramatic physical and emotional changes of each trimester. Massage aids in relieving neck and back pain due to improper posture and muscle imbalances. Touch also assists circulation and reduces swelling and leg cramps.

Creating body awareness through massage therapy.
Touch is a therapeutic adjunct to professional psychological assistance for individuals suffering from trauma and eating disorders. Massage research indicates lower levels of anxiety in depressed individuals and an increase in self-esteem and well being. Teens and adults are able to create healthy touch boundaries in a safe and caring environment.
