Massage enables more oxygen and nutrients to be carried to muscles speeding up the body's own natural healing process.

Throughout the treatment Susan encourages her clients to explore their breath through guided relaxation techniques. She also incorporates supported stretching in her practice to aid in joint flexibility and increased range of motion.

Pregnancy massage focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be as she experiences the dramatic physical and emotional changes of each trimester. Massage aids in relieving neck and back pain due to improper posture and muscle imbalances. Touch also assists circulation and reduces swelling and leg cramps.
